How does the pause feature work?
At Copygems, we recognize that your copywriting needs might vary month-to-month. If you find yourself with just a few requests, you can conveniently pause your subscription. Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For instance, if you utilize our services for 21 days and then opt to pause, your billing cycle halts, leaving you with 10 days of service to use whenever you're ready.
How do I request copy?
At Copygems, we've made the request process versatile using Trello. Clients submit their copy needs directly through Trello, share Google docs, or even send a brief Loom video for those who'd rather verbalize than write. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared on Trello, we're all set to receive it.
What if I'm not satisfied with the copy?
No worries! We'll refine the copy until it aligns perfectly with your expectations.
What if I only have one copy request?
That's completely okay. After your request is fulfilled, you can pause your subscription and reactivate it when more copy needs arise. We ensure you get the full value of your subscription without any waste.
Can I get a refund if I'm unsatisfied with the service?
